The Guam Academy Charter Schools (GACS) Council will hold a Public Hearing on the petition and application of Mount Carmel School to become a charter school on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at the Guahan Academy Charter School from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M..
