Resolution No. 2024-12 Relative to authorizing the General Manager to administer the disposal of Port Authority excess supplies and surplus equipment in compliance with 5 GCA, Chapter 5, Section 5404, 4. Resolution No. 2024-13 Relative to authorizing the General Manager to issue a request for procurement solicitation for a Public-Private Partnership for the management, operation and maintenance of the Golf Pier, F1 Fuel Pier, and Area A Fuel Tank, 5. Resolution No. 2024-14 Relative to holding in abeyance the merger of Operations and Equipment Maintenance divisions, the amendment of the Operations and Equipment Maintenance Manager and address the impact of the realignment on the organizational structure; VII.
