The Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA), on behalf of the Government of Guam Department of Public Works (“DPW”) is soliciting proposals for trustee, depository, and paying agent services to administer the DPW’s proposed Limited Obligation Federal Highway Grant Anticipation Revenue Bonds Series 2024A (the “Bonds”). The trustee, depository, and paying agent services being solicited include all services generally associated with the administration of short and long term investment opportunities for its funds.
