Request for creation of position of an Equipment Maintenance Manager (motion to proceed with the transparency and disclosure processes as outlined in Section 6303(d) of Title 4, Guam Code Annotated and Rule 5.015 of the Port’s Personnel Rules and Regulations.); VI. New Business: 1. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2024-17 relative to authorizing retroactive approval of FY2024 budget expenditures and proactively applying same authorization for budget ceiling adjustment for FY2025, 2. Adoption of Board Resolution No. 2024-18 relative to adopting the zero-emission and zero-waste (ZEZW) resiliency and sustainability goals developed by Jacobs and WSP USA Inc. for the Port of Guam and integrating these goals and objectives into the sustainability component of the 2023 Master Plan for the Port Authority of Guam; VII. OPA is soliciting proposals for a financial audit of the Mount Carmel Academy Charter School (MCS) for FYs 2024, 2025, and 2026

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for a financial audit of the Mount Carmel Academy Charter School (MCS) for Fiscal Years 2024, 2025, and 2026, subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, with an option to renew for one (1) additional fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package may be obtained at the Office of Public Accountability (OPA), in Hagåtña, Guam, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The RFP package may also be downloaded from OPA’s website at www.opaguam.org.
