Copies of the solicitation will be available from Monday, February 21, 2022, to Friday, March 18, 2022, at DOC Director's office, Department of Corrections #1 Mashburn Lane Dairy Road, Mangilao, Guam 96913 to pick up a copy of the RFP.

To request an electronic copy of the RFP, please send an email to Clarice Briggs at procurement@doc.guam.gov

Upon receipt of your email requesting for an electrionic copy of the RFP, offeror's will be sent an Acknowledgement of Receipt Form to register your company. This form must be completed and emailed to procurement@doc.guam.gov, once DOC receives this form you will be sent an electronic copy of RFP-DOC-2022-001. DOC shall not be liable for failure to provide notice(s) or amendments to any prospective offeror's who do not submit an Acknowledgement of Receipt Form.
