Re: 1st Notice of Public Hearing – Resolution No. 273-36 (LS)
Håfa Adai! The Office of Senator James C. Moylan will be conducting a public hearing on Friday, March 18, 2022. This hearing will take place at the Agat Community Center. The agenda is as follows:

Resolution No. 273-36 (LS) - James C. Moylan / V. Anthony Ada / Christopher M. Dueñas - Relative to requesting I Magaʹhågan Guåhan to increase the income threshold of the Programan Salappe Ayudan I Taotao to assist more island residents with the rising costs of fuel at the gasoline pumps.

Testimonies will be accepted up to 10 business days after the scheduled hearing has been held.
The hearing will broadcast on local television, GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117/60.4 and stream online via I Liheslaturan Guåhan’s live feed. A recording of the hearing will be available online via Guam Legislature Media on YouTube after the hearing.
