Håfa Adai! The Committee on Health, Land, Justice and Culture will be conducting a public hearing on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 5:30 PM in I Liheslaturan Guåhan's Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building, on the following agenda item: 
 
·       Resolution No. 291-36 (COR) - Christopher M. Duenas- RELATIVE TO TERMINATING THE EMERGENCY HEALTH POWERS CREATED BY 10 GCA CH. 19 PURSUANT TO 10 GCA §19405(c) IN ORDER TO RESTORE THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE OF GUAM.
