The Applicant, TeleGuam   Holdings, LLC dba GTA                             requesting for a Zone Variance for Height, for an additional 15-feet above the 30-feet total height allowed, AND a Conditional Use permit to allow for the construction of a cable   landing station and data center, on Lot Numbers 2133-1E REM-R3NEW-8 and 2133-1E REM-R3NEW-9, in the Municipality of Tamuning, in an "R-2"(Multi Family Dwelling) zone.
