SUBJECT:  First Notice of Public Hearing on Resolution No. 290-36 (COR)

Hafa Adai!  Senator V. Anthony Ada will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in I Liheslaturan Guahan's Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building on the following:

• Resolution No. 290-36 (COR) - V. Anthony Ada / Frank Blas Jr. / Christopher M. Duenas / Joe S. San Agustin / Jose "Pedo" Terlaje / Therese M. Terlaje / Telo T. Taitague / Amanda L. Shelton / Tina Rose Muna Barnes / James C. Moylan / Sabina Flores Perez / Joanne Brown / Clynton E. Ridgell - Relative to expressing the support of I Mina'trentai Sais Na Liheslaturan Guahan for the passage of H.R. 3512, the "Healthcare for Our Troops Act" which would provide access to zero-cost TRICARE Reserve Select and dental coverage to Reserve Component service members.

Resolution No. 290-36 can be viewed at the Guam Legislature website.  Written and oral testimony will be accepted at the hearing and written testimony will be accepted up to ten (10) business days after the hearing date.  Written testimony may be emailed to our office at senatorvanthonyada@gmail.com or hand-delivered to the Office of Senator V.
