1. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, DOC 2022-001, “Section H. QUESTIONS/COMMUNICATIONS OF OFFERORS PRIOR TO PROPOSAL SUBMISSION AND SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT” Paragraph 1, on pg 7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
