Public HEARING: THURSDAY•MAY 26, 2022 • 3:00 P.M.at the Guam EPA Administration Building Conference Room located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan
Public Review and Comment Period: THURSDAY•MAY 12, 2022 – MONDAY•JUNE 13, 2022
Guam NSR Requirements Regulations relevant to this public hearing can be viewed at the Agencyʼs administration building in Tiyan from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on business days, beginning on Tueday, May 10, 2022.

Written comments are welcomed and must be received by the agency via hand delivery or mail and should be addressed to: Administrator, c/o Guam EPA: 17-3304 Mariner Avenue Tiyan Barrigada, Guam 96913-1617. Written comments must be received, or postmarked no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022. Facsimile and electronic submittals will not be accepted.
