PUBLIC NOTICE: PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF REGULATED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL EQUIPMENT
The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) hereby notifies the general public and other interested parties of Guam EPA’s intent to issue a Regulated Air Pollution Control Permit to the following company: Guam Ukudu Power, LLC – Lot 5010-1-New-New, Dededo
The permit and conditions are proposed and open for public comment, in accordance with Title V of the Clean Air Act, the Guam Air Pollution Control Act enacted by Public Law 24-20 and codified in 10 GCA, Chapter 49. A copy of the proposed permit and permit applications are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.M. at the agency’s administration building located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue, Tiyan Barrigada and at the agency’s website at epa.guam.gov.

SUNday•June 5, 2022 – THURSDAY•July 7, 2022
PUBLIC HEARING: WEDNESDAY•JULY 6, 2022 • 6:00 PM
AT THE Dededo Mayor’s Office: 135 Iglesia Circle Dededo, Guam
Written comments are welcomed and must be received by the agency via hand delivery or mail and should be addressed to: Administrator, c/o Guam EPA: 17-3304 Mariner Avenue Tiyan Barrigada, Guam 96913-1617. Written comments must be received, or postmarked no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 7, 2022. Facsimile submittals will not be accepted.
The final decision to set conditions and issue the final permit or deny application for the permit will be decided after all comments have been considered.
