Please be advised that the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture will convene a public hearing, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, beginning at 1:00 PM in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room, for the following agenda item:
· Oversight Hearing on the Department of Public Health & Social Services:
- Status Update on $5 Million dollars appropriated in FY2021 and FY2022 to the Department of Public Health & Social Services pursuant to Public Law 36-9, for the sole purpose of providing temporary assistance in the form of grants, to be distributed to local non-profit organizations that provide food and commodities for children, low-income children, homeless individuals, and unemployed individuals.
- Medicaid & MIP eligibility and enrollment.
