The CHamoru Land Trust Commission (CLTC), is issuing this public announcement of a Determination of Need (DON) to qualify by a quantifiable measure an Exceptional Term Contract pursuant to Public Law 34-99. CLTC intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the lease availability of the lots listed above. The DONs for each specific lot are available for public inspection and downloadable from the CLTC website at https://dlm.guam.gov/announcements-2/
CLTC will be accepting any comments via email only until July 16, 2021.
Comments will be considered when creating the RFPs for the properties listed above.
