NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GUAM LEGISLATURE AND DRAFT ADMINISTRATIVE RULES GOVERNING THE PRACTICE OF ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONS INCLUDING AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners (GBAHE) will conduct public hearings to consider proposed legislation to forward to I Liheslaturan Guåhan (Guam Legislature) proposing the repeal and reenactment of, and amendments to the Guam Allied Health Practice Act; and to consider Draft Administrative Rules Governing the Practice of Allied Health Professions, including amendments to the fee schedule: Friday, October 7, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Health Professional Licensing Office (HPLO), 2nd Floor Conference Room 209, Terlaje Building, Hagåtña, Guam.
The public is invited to attend. The meetings will also be conducted via Zoom where testimony may be heard at:

Copies of the proposed administrative rules, regulations, and proposed legislation are available for review by visiting the HPLO office located at 194 Hernan Cortez Avenue, Suite 213 Terlaje Professional Building, Hagåtña, Guam 96910; and may also be downloaded from the HPLO’s website at www.guamhplo.org, and the GBAHE’s website at www.guamhplo.org/gbahe.
The public is encouraged to submit comments in writing in advance of the public hearing either in person at the Office of the HPLO or via email to gbahe@dphss.guam.gov. To ensure receipt and consideration, please put the words “Comment on GBAHE Proposed Rules and Legislation” in the subject line of the email. Those persons desiring to address the GBAHE in person shall be limited to no more than five minutes per speaker. The GBAHE will be accepting public comments and will consider comments received and vote at its next regularly scheduled Board meeting set for October 21, 2022.
