RFP (Public Announcement): Request For Proposal
The Department of Administration (“DOA”) Director and the Public Auditor is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accountant firm for an audit of the Government of Guam Wide Independent Financial Audit for Fiscal Years 2022, 2023, and 2024, subject to the availability and certification of funds from fiscal year to fiscal year, and with an option to renew for one (1) additional fiscal year, with the approval of the Public Auditor. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance.
To receive a Government of Guam Wide Independent Financial Audit Request for Proposal (RFP) packet a registration form will be available on the Department of Administration website at https://doa.guam.gov/supply-chain-and-contract-support/.
The Department of Administration recommends that all prospective offeror submit their registration form with their contact information to the DOA Single Point of Contact: Roberta Joyce R. Castro via e-mail at DOA.RFP@doa.guam.gov to ensure they receive any notices regarding any changes or updated to the RFP. The Department of Administration shall not be liable for failure to provide notices to any party who did not register their contact information.
Deadline to register for this RFP is no later than Friday, October 14, 2022, 3:00 p.m. CHST.
All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via e-mail to the DOA Single Point of Contact: Roberta Joyce R. Castro at DOA.RFP@doa.guam.gov on or before Friday, October 14, 2022, no later than 3:00 p.m. CHST.
Proposals must be submitted to the Department of Administration Director’s Office 590 S. Marine Corps Drive, ITC Building, 2nd Floor Suite 224, Tamuning, Guam in the format specified in the solicitation, and must be received by Friday, October 21, 2022, no later than 3:00 p.m. CHST. Failure to submit Proposals at the specified location, date, and time will grounds for rejection of the Proposal.
