CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION - PUBLIC HEARING
Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
The Civil Service Commission of Guam shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 beginning at 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. to hear comments on the Proposed Adverse Action Rules. This hearing will take place in the Board Hearing room of the Civil Service Commission office located at the Bell Tower, Suite 201, 710 West Marine Corps Drive Hagåtña, Guam.

Five (5) copies of the Proposed Adverse Action Rules will be available for pick up at the Civil Service Commission office.
The Civil Service Commission office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., closed for lunch from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. and closed on holidays.
Any interested party shall be afforded an adequate opportunity to participate in the formulation of the proposed rules through presentation of facts, arguments or the submission of written data or reviews. All relevant matters presented shall be given full consideration by the Civil Service Commission.
The public will have up to ten (10) days after the hearing to file written comments with the Commission.
