The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a roundtable hearing on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

Guam Police Department
- Status of crystal methamphetamine response and strategy
- Call response times
- Staffing
  - Recruitment and retention of Officers
- Robberies
- Status Updates
  - Crime statistics
  - Equipment
  - Procurement
- Use of K-9 Units at Port Authority of Guam
- Police Corruption
  - Investigations into corruption relative to recent federal court documents
- Potential legislation/legislative assistance
