The Committee on Fire, Agriculture, Power and Energy Utilities, Public Transit, Unemployment Insurance, and Universal Health Insurance will conduct a Public Hearing and Oversight Hearing on February 28, 2023 at 2PM at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The committee will hear and accept testimony of the following items:
