SUBJECT: SECOND NOTICE of Public Hearing: Tuesday – February 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

The Committee on Fire, Agriculture, Power and Energy Utilities, Public Transit, Unemployment Insurance, and Universal Health Insurance will conduct a Public Hearing on February 28, 2023 at 2PM at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The committee will hear and accept testimony of the following item:
AGENDA: 2:00 PM.
Resolution No. 14- 37 (COR) – William A. Parkinson
“Relative to requesting I Maga’hagan Guahan to exercise her authority Public Law 110-229 to petition the United States Department of Homeland Security to expand the Guam Visa Waiver Program to include the country of the Philippines”.
