SUBJECT: Second Notice of Public Hearing: Monday, February 27, 2023 – 9:00 A.M.

In accordance with the Open Government Law, relative to notices for public meetings, the Committee on General Government Operations & Appropriations will convene a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2023 beginning at 09:00 a.m. in I Liheslaturan Guåhan’s Public Hearing Room (Guam Congress Building, Hagåtña).
The Committee will hear and accept testimony on:
Bill No. 24-37 (COR)- Committee on Rules by request of I Magaʹhågan Guåhan, the Governor of Guam, in accordance with the Organic Act of Guam.
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE SIXTEEN MILLION DOLLARS ($16,000,000) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADJUSTED GENERAL PAY PLAN.
