The Department of Administration (DOA) has updated and posted on its website (https://doa.guam.gov/unclaimed-checks-3/) listings of Unclaimed Checks for the following programs (as of February 28, 2023):

- Income Tax Refunds Payments
- Economic Income Payments #3 (EIP#3)
Recipients may pick up checks at the Treasurer of Guam, Check Distribution Window located on the
1st Floor, ITC Building during regular office hours. Proof of identity will be required.
If your name does not appear in the listing for Income Tax Refund Payments, Treasurer of Guam does not hold a check and you should follow the instructions of Department of Revenue and Taxation to check your tax refund status. Log into your account at myguamtax.com and use the Look Up tool or call 671-635-1840/1841/7614/7651/1813 or email pinadmin@revtax.guam.gov.
