The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a public hearing on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 9:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The agenda is as follows:

 

• Bill No. 40-37 (COR) - William A. Parkinson - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW 3104.1 OF CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 27 GUAM ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND REGULATION AND A NEW § 51104.01 OF CHAPTER 51 OF TITLE 17 GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS AS A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
• Bill No. 58-37 (COR) - Roy A. B. Quinata / Joe S. San Agustin / William A. Parkinson / Dwayne T. D. San Nicolas / Christopher M. Dueñas - AN ACT TO REPEAL § 3804 OF ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 16 OF THE GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO PROHIBITING PANHANDLING AT INTERSECTIONS.
