The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a roundtable discussion on Friday, April 14^th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.   This public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. D San Nicolas - AN ACT TO AMEND § 3309(a) OF CHAPTER 3, DIVISION 1, TITLE 11, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO INCLUDING RETAIL BUSINESSES WITH LARGE INVESTMENTS TO THE LIST OF EXEMPTIONS WITHIN THE POPULATION LIMITATIONS FOR NEW ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSES.

Quinata - AN ACT TO AMEND §7120.2, §7120.5, §7160(e), AND §7161(f) OF CHAPTER 7, TITLE 16, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ALLOWING REPUBLIC OF KOREA VETERANS AND DISTINGUISHED FLYING CROSS RECIPIENTS TO QUALIFY FOR GUAM VETERAN LICENSE PLATES; AND TO ALLOW MORE DOCUMENTS TO BE USED FOR VETERAN QUALIFICATIONS.
