Federal Consistency Notice:

FC2023-0011 - GU Holdings, Inc.'s Consistency Certification for its proposed APRICOT cable landing at Taleyfac Bay in Hågat.

Public comment period: April 20, 2023, to May 15, 2023

Section 307 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, provides public participation in the federal consistency review process.
