The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct a series of public hearings on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 8:00 am at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.
The agenda is as follows:

The Public Hearing will broadcast LIVE on local television (GTA Channel 21, Docomo Channel 117) and stream online via i Liheslaturan Guåhan’s live feed. Written testimonies may be sent via email at malafunkshun@guamlegislature.org.

- Appointment of Rolando C. Zepeda to serve as Visual Arts Representative of the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency Board of Directors
- Appointment of Simone E.P. Bollinger to serve as Literature Representative of the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency Board of Directors
- Appointment of Evangeline M. Cepeda to serve as Member of the Guam Academy Charter Schools Council
- Appointment of Christine Baleto to serve as Upper Level Management Position in Private Business Representative of the Guam Education Board of Directors
- Appointment of Margarita Felicitas B. Angel as Retired Teacher/School Administrator of GDOE Representative of the Guam Education Board of Directors
