The CHamoru Land Trust Commission (CLTC) will institute a temporary moratorium on the acceptance of Applications for our Residential and Agriculture programs. The moratorium will commence on June 1, 2023, and end on September 30, 2023. In the interim, for inquiries, please contact our office at (671)-300-3296 or via email at cltc.admin@cltc.guam.gov.
During the moratorium, CLTC staff will focus on the next applicants in line for lease processing and researching the applicants’ ancestors to determine eligibility.
