I Liheslaturan Guåhan will be called into Session on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 9 a.m. in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall, Guam Congress Building, for the purpose of receiving the Annual State of the Judiciary Address, delivered by The Honorable Robert J. Torres, Chief Justice, Judiciary of Guam. The State of the Judiciary Address will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
