Parkinson - AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (k) OF § 50102 OF CHAPTER 50, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED AND TO REPEAL SUBSECTION (d) OF § 50107, CHAPTER 50, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO REMOVING PREREQUISITE TRAINING IN ORDER TO ATTAIN A CERTIFIED PESTICIDE LICENSE FOR APPLYING GENERAL USE PESTICIDES.
