in Dededo to operate a child care facility. Applicant is Jenneth Rosario.

a) Zone change for Lot 16, Block 1 on West San Antonio Ave. from “R-1” (Single-Family Dwelling)
to “R-2” (Multi-Family Dwelling).
This existing apartment building has been there since the 1980’s.
Renovations to the existing structure is on-going.
Applicant is Greg Perez.
b) Street names for Pacific Industrial Park located on west side of Route 3. 2 streets
c) Street name for Medical Arts Clinic to Cabot Drive. Fronting GRMC
