The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, June 1st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. This public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. Bill No. 119-37 (COR) - Sabina Flores Perez / Chris Barnett - AN ACT TO REPEAL ARTICLE 14 OF CHAPTER 5, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED; AND TO ADD A NEW PART G OF ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 5, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO REVITALIZING THE GUAM PROCUREMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL TO MODERNIZE PROCUREMENT IN ORDER TO PROMOTE PUBLIC CONFIDENCE AND ACHIEVE BEST VALUE IN SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY.
