IFB speciﬁcations are available at the Public Defender Service Corporation (PDSC) located at 779 Route 4, Sinajaña, Guam from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Chamorro Standard Time (Guam Time), beginning on August 4, 2023. Interested bidders requiring further information or assistance are to contact Ms. Cathy Gogue, Administrative Director at (671) 475-3100. All inquiries, clariﬁcations or questions must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time (Guam Time), Friday, August 18, 2023. All proposals must be submitted no later than 10:00am Chamorro Standard Time (Guam Time) on Friday, September 1, 2023.

PPDSC recommends that prospective bidders register their current contact information with the Corporation to ensure that such bidder receives notice regarding any changes or updates to the IFB. PDSC will not be liable to provide notice to any party who does not register their current contact information.
