The Committee on Education, Public Safety and the Arts will conduct an Oversight Hearing on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 Friday, September 8, 2023 at 5:30 pm in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building.
 
The agenda is as follows:
 

• Guam Department of Education
  • School opening
  • Status of DLAN tickets
  • Status of 180 educational days
  • Status of Adequate Education Act compliance
  • Status of facilities and maintenance repairs and projects
  • Status of school inspections and sanitary permits
  • Vaping among students
  • Public Comment
