Bill No. 99-37(COR)-Telo T. Taitague/ Frank Blas, Jr./ Jesse A. Lujan/ Joanne Brown/ Dwayne T.D. San Nicolas/ Chris Barnett/ William A. Parkinson- AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 29101 AND SECTION 29103 OF CHAPTER 29 OF TITLE 10 OF THE GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO SWIMMING POOLS.
Bill No. 84-37(LS)- William A. Parkinson- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW SUBSECTION (c) TO § 92111 OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 92, TITLE 9 OF GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO REQUIRING THOSE CONVICTED OF VEHICULAR HOMICIDE WHILE IMPAIRED TO SUPPORT THE SURVIVING MINOR CHILDREN OF THE VICTIM.
