Taijeron (Brother and Sister, c/o FC Benavente Planners, Summary Zone Change Application No. SZC 2023-32 for a Zone Change from "R-1" (Single Family Dwelling) on Lot 4, BLK 2, T108. (Veronica way, Jonestown) So that each co-owner will have separate legal ownership of each unit.
