Bill No. 106-37(LS)-Thomas J. Fisher/ Tina Rose Muña Barnes- AN ACT TO PROVIDE A LEGISLATIVE SUBMISSION FOR CONSIDERATION BY GUAM VOTERS AT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION; AND TO PROVIDE GUAM VOTERS THE POWER TO DECIDE ON REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS.
