• Bill No. 78-37(COR)-William A. Parkinson- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 98 OF TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION FOR SURVIVORS OF RAPE. 

• Bill No. 106-37(LS)-Thomas J. Fisher/ Tina Rose Muña Barnes- AN ACT TO PROVIDE A LEGISLATIVE SUBMISSION FOR CONSIDERATION BY GUAM VOTERS AT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION; AND TO PROVIDE GUAM VOTERS THE POWER TO DECIDE ON REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS.

• Bill No. 111-37(LS)- William A. Parkinson- AN ACT TO ADD A NEW CHAPTER 91B TO DIVISION 4, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO EXPANDING ABORTION SERVICES IN GUAM; AND TO CITE THIS ACT THE “HEALTH PROTECTION ACT OF 2023”.
