The regular meeting of the University of Guam Board of Regents is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Library, Silent Room. The meeting will be publicly accessible by registering for Zoom access at https://zoom.us/j/92523739021
