Subject: Postponement of Informational Briefing on Monday, October 9, 2023.

Please be advised that an Emergency Session has been called for Monday, October 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM. Due to the urgency of the situation and to ensure that we can fully participate in the Emergency Session to address matters at hand, I have decided to postpone the Informational Briefing to a later date.
We understand the significance of the Informational Briefing and its importance to all parties involved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we remain dedicated to providing you with the crucial information as soon as possible.
We are presently working on rescheduling the Informational Briefing to a date and time that will accommodate all relevant stakeholders. We will inform you of the new schedule at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.
