The Islandwide Beautification Task Force (IBTF), Chaired by Lieutenant Governer Joshua F. Tenorio is in charge of overseeing and implementing beautification projects around the island of Guam. The meetings are scheduled monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 11am and they will be streamed via social media. The public is welcome to attend and give questions or comments at the designated time.
