SUBJECT: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 2 p.m.

Please be advised the Committee on Human Resources, Hagåtña Revitalization, Regional Affairs, Public Libraries, Telecommunications, Technology and Federal and Foreign Affairs will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.. in the Public Hearing Room of the Guam Congress Building, on the following:
