The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m... This public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. The agenda is as follows:

GSWA update: Receivership and Settlement Agreement

Bill No. 182-37 (COR) – Sabina Flores Perez - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE 10 TO CHAPTER 51A OF TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING THE ORDOT DUMP RESERVE FUND.
