Please be advised that the Committee on Emergency Response, Border Safety, Military and Veterans Affairs, and Mayors’ Council of Guam will convene a confirmation hearing and a public hearing on Monday, November 20, 2023, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing Room. The Committee will hear and accept testimonies on the following:

AN ACT TO AMEND § 73151 OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 73, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, AND TO ADD NEW § 73127.1, § 73104.1, § 73104.2, § 73104.3, AND § 73104.4 TO ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 73, TITLE 5, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED, RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE GUAM CUSTOMS AND QUARANTINE AGENCY (CQA) TO ADOPT AND IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMS AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND THE HARMONIZED COMMODITY AND CODING SYSTEM (HCCS).
