Please be advised that the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture will convene public hearings Thursday, November 16, 2023 starting at 8:30 AM, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing room, for the following agenda items:

8:30 AM-12:00 PM and 5:30PM:

• Bill No. 184-37(COR)- Committee on Rules by request of I Magaʹhågan Guåhan, the Governor of Guam, in accordance with the Organic Act of Guam- ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GUAM ANCESTRAL LANDS COMMISSION TO SELL OR LEASE LOTS 2453, 2453-1, 2454, 2455, 2457, AND 2457-1, MUNICIPALITY OF BARRIGADA TO THE GOVERNMENT OF GUAM AT FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR USE AS THE SITE OF A NEW MEDICAL COMPLEX.

This hearing is to continue the discussion on Bill No. 184-37(COR) from November 1, 2023 and November 3, 2023 with a focus on Agency Responses.
