Please be advised that the Committee on Fire, Agriculture, Power and Energy Utilities, Public Transit, Unemployment Insurance, and Universal Health Insurance will conduct a public hearing on November 22, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The committee will hear and accept testimonies of the following item:
