NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Guam Criminal Law and Procedure Review Commission will conduct a plenary meeting
on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 12:00 pm in the Guam Judicial Center, Judge Joaquin V.E.
Manibusan, Sr. Memorial Courtroom, 120 West O’Brien Drive, Hagåtña, and by
videoconference. A monitor will be set up for any member of the public who would like to
observe and offer comments. The meeting will be streamed live on the Judiciary of Guam
