SUBJECT: FIRST NOTICE of Public Hearings – Wednesday December 13, 2023 beginning at 9:00AM

Please be advised that the Committee on Fire, Agriculture, Power and Energy Utilities, Public Transit, Unemployment Insurance, and Universal Health Insurance will conduct public hearings on Wednesday December 13, 2023 at 9:00AM at the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building. The committee will hear and accept testimonies of the following item:
AGENDA FOR 9:00AM:
Resolution No. 234-37 (LS) – “RELATIVE TO EXPRESSING THE SUPPORT OF THE PEOPLE OF GUAM FOR THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES' LEGITIMATE AND HISTORICAL CLAIM TO THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA, REAFFIRMING THE CRUCIAL ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE INVALUABLE TIES AND COMMON HISTORY BETWEEN GUAM AND THE PHILIPPINES.”

- The Reappointment of Peter B. Montinola to serve as a Commissioner (Telecommunications Representative), Public Utilities Commission (PUC).
