Please be advised that the Committee on Health, Land, Justice, and Culture will convene public hearings Thursday, December 14, 2023 starting at 2:00 PM, in the Guam Congress Building Public Hearing room, for the following agenda items:

2:00 PM:

Oversight of Community Health Centers and status of services.

3:30PM:

Bill No. 209-37(COR)- Therese M. Terlaje- AN ACT TO AMEND § 3803, §3813, AND §3814 ALL OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 10, GUAM CODE ANNOTATED RELATIVE TO UPDATING THE PROGRAM, ADVISORY COUNCIL, AND DUTIES OF THE COUNCIL CONCERNING COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS.

The public is invited to provide oral or written testimony on the agenda items.
