The Guam's Northern and Southern Soil & Water Conservation Districts will be having their Joint Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 starting at 4PM at The Studio, Crowne Plaza Resort Guam in Tumon. If you are unable to attend in-person, Zoom is available.
