The Committee on Environment, Revenue and Taxation, Labor, Procurement, and Statistics, Research and Planning will be conducting an oversight hearing and public hearing on Thursday, January 4, 2024, 9:00 a.m. The oversight hearing and public hearing will take place in the Guam Congress Building, Public Hearing Room. Bill No. 50-37 (COR) - Thomas J. Fisher - AN ACT TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO TITLE 11, CHAPTER 6 OF GUAM CODE ANNOTATED PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED TOBACCO PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF GUAM.
