Public Hearing: Friday, January 5, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.
The Committee on Infrastructure, Economic Development, Simon Sanchez High School, Disability Services, Self-Determination and Historic Preservation, Housing, Public Accountability, and the Guam Buildup will conduct a Public Hearing: Friday, January 5, 2024 at 8:00 a.m., in the Public Hearing Room in the Guam Congress Building.
The Committee will hear and accept testimony on the following:
8:00 a.m. - Appointee
- The Reappointment of Sandra F. Bordallo to serve as a Member of the Guam Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
9:00 a.m. - Department of Public Works
- Updated Status on:
- Replacement, repairs and expansion of school bus shelters
- Bus drivers overtime with double session schedule
- Post Typhoon Mawar Recovery Efforts
- Statistics on traffic fatalities for this year
- Any challenges faced in the Permit Center
- Unmarked GovGuam official vehicles
- Procurement impediments
- Preceding obligations due for payment
- Public notices of road maintenance/ construction

The Committee requests that testimonies be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
